Marc Longo
Marc Longo brings over four decades of experience in the construction industry, having held key positions in four private companies. As Binah's General Manager for three years, Marc was instrumental in driving the company's success, overseeing an impressive project pipeline exceeding $500 million annually both New South Wales.
Throughout his career, Marc has contributed to several iconic projects, including the NSW Parliament House, Art Gallery of NSW, Sydney Opera House, Melbourne GPO, and Everleigh Workshops. His transparent, solutions-focused approach has fostered strong relationships with clients and contractors, enabling him to effectively lead large teams and ensure project success. Renowned for his ability to develop loyal relationships and drive project excellence, Marc continues to be an invaluable advisor to Binah and the broader construction industry.
Ryll Burgin-Doyle
Ryll Burgin-Doyle, a seasoned business growth strategist with 33 years of experience, has a remarkable track record of scaling businesses across various sectors.In the construction sector, Ryll has been the CEO of a $100M business leading approximately 200 people and she turned another around from $7M to $24M in just three years, even amidst the challenges of Covid-19.Her accolades include being a Telstra Business Woman of the Year Finalist and a spot in Smart Company’s Top 50 Female Entrepreneurs for Australia. Additionally, Ryll founded the stepUP Foundation, impacting the lives of around 19,000 at-risk teens globally.
In recent years, Ryll's strategic approach has driven unprecedented growth for Binah,especially during the industry's most challenging times. Her efforts have led to record-breaking achievements, including securing more forward work and expanding into new markets. Ryll remains a dedicated advisor and advocate for Binah, supporting its mission to be industry leaders in quality delivery.
George Saoud
A more recent addition to the team, George Saoud brings a wealth of experience and financial acumen to Binah. Since July 2024, he has served as Bapcor’s Chief Financial Officer, following a successful tenure as CEO of Coles Group’s Emerging Business for over three years. His commercial astuteness and proven track record in enhancing company value are demonstrated by his extensive experience in senior positions across several ASX-listed companies, including Metcash IGA and Fantastic Holdings.
A chartered accountant and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, George also holds a Master of Finance degree from Finsia and has completed INSEAD’s Advanced Management Program. His expertise in strategic financial management and leadership will be instrumental in driving Binah’s continued growth and success in the construction industry
