Evolve – Bathurst Street.
We were honoured to attend the 2022 NSW Master Builders Association Excellence in Housing & Pool Awards at The Grand Pavilion, Rosehill. This annual event celebrates excellence in construction, innovation and quality in the residential building and construction industry across NSW. Our project, Evolve Bathurst Street, won the category; Home Units up to $300,000.
Building affordable homes to a high standard has become a core competency at Binah. With improved design and intuitive construction decisions, we have been able to keep costs down without compromising quality.
Designed by Algorry Zappia & Associates, Evolve is comprised of two buildings connected by a distinctive transparent crystalline glass spine. The balanced design is carried through the careful composition of building textures, materials, and colours. The building’s facade features external face brick reminiscent of heritage designs in the local area, combined with Hebel panels and a mat finish metal cladding.

Both bathrooms deliver luxe living and minimal maintenance with floor-to-ceiling tiling, contemporary vanities, and chrome tapware.
