Has sustainability been considered in the design?
Working alongside the Hills Shire council, we’ve taken steps to ensure that sustainability is at the core of our On Hills Central design philosophy with features from our rainwater gardens to EV charging stations for our residents, smart energy saving features in each apartment and many more. We have also been working closely with our Architects, internationally acclaimed COX Architects and award-winning Turner in designing a building that complements the surrounding landscape. We have taken careful consideration when it comes to design elements and choosing materials for facades and rooftop/communal gardens to minimize possible environmental impact.
How important to Ecospective is working with reputable builders who prioritize safety and quality delivery??
Safety and quality are critical requirements as part of Ecospective’s company values, and Binah stood out to us on both fronts when we selected a builder for our Rouse Hill project. For the Eco team, the number one priority is always to deliver a safe and quality-built home for our clients. The only way we can ensure this is by partnering with a builder that shares our values and project philosophy. Being able to work closely with Binah and seeing firsthand the steps and the hours they put in alongside our team to deliver safe and quality homes gives us confidence of the ongoing success of our partnership at Rouse Hill.
