At Binah, we believe that delivering a project on time and on budget is only the beginning of what it takes to get the job done. Moving occupants and tenants into the finished project is an essential component of a successful handover from the builder to the body corporate, strata and building management team. Our Client Care processes ensure project handover is completed with the best service possible.
We know good communication is the key to building strong relationships for our project stakeholders. We encourage our clients to introduce their Strata Manager, Building Manager and Building Maintenance team to our project Client Care Manager eight weeks prior to project completion. Together this handover team can work on a smooth and effective transition period post-occupation of the building.
Once a project is near completion, our construction team compiles a robust practical completion works list , this includes thorough review of each apartment. Wherever possible, we encourage our clients to participate in this process and facilitate buyer inspections. This maintains transparency and ensures everyone is a part of the final handover.
The post-occupation phase is crucial to ensure that all the building stakeholders are focused on working together to generate a mutually beneficial outcome. This includes:
-
- Introducing the Binah Client Care Manager, Building Manager, Strata Manager and maintenance team to all of the building occupants.
- Providing contact information, building requirements and general information to maintain a high standard regarding the upkeep and asset value of the building.
Working together protects the overall investment that everyone has made and ensures the longevity of the building.
As a market leader, our unique after-sales service sets us apart from the rest. This service is designed to support our clients for 12 months after building completion, with our Client Care Manager acting as the dedicated single point of contact for all stakeholders. With this direct, reliable relationship buyers can be assured any issues they face will be attended to in a diligent and timely manner by someone who knows their history. We also request our own periodic building review to ensure the overall standard of the building is upheld.
Our people are the lifeblood of Binah. As such we have a deeply ingrained safety culture to educate, promote and regulate occupational health and safety processes throughout our enterprise.
We believe a safe site is paramount to creating efficient teams, and have developed a unique and innovative safety initiative to empower our teams and optimise our workforce.
