Every project we undertake is a testament to our dedication in maintaining the quality and integrity of the structure long after its completion. Our Client Care team collaborates seamlessly with building and strata managers, ensuring optimal building maintenance and sustained asset value Equipped with extensive trade knowledge and a customer-centric approach, we efficiently address both occupant and owner matters efficiently.

Step 1.

Communication

We know good communication is the key to building strong relationships for our project stakeholders. We encourage our clients to introduce their Strata Manager, Building Manager and Building Maintenance team to our project Client Care Manager eight weeks prior to project completion. Together this handover team can work on a smooth and effective transition period post-occupation of the building.

Step 2.

Initial Practical Completion Works List

Once a project is near completion, our construction team compiles a robust practical completion works list , this includes thorough review of each apartment. Wherever possible, we encourage our clients to participate in this process and facilitate buyer inspections. This maintains transparency and ensures everyone is a part of the final handover.

Step 3.

Post Occupation

The post-occupation phase is crucial to ensure that all the building stakeholders are focused on working together to generate a mutually beneficial outcome. This includes:

  • Attending strata annual general meetings to Introduce the client care team to the building occupants.
  • Providing contact information, building requirements and general information to maintain a high standard regarding the upkeep and asset value of the building.

Working together protects the overall investment that everyone has made and ensures the longevity of the building.

Step 4.

After Sales Service

As a market leader, our unique after-sales services sets us apart from the rest. This service is designed to support our clients after building completion, with our Client Care Team as the dedicated point of contact for all stakeholders. With this direct, reliable relationship buyers can be assured any issues they face will be attended to in a diligent and timely manner by someone who knows their history. We also request our own periodic building review to ensure the overall standard of the building is upheld.

Our people are the lifeblood of Binah. As such we have a deeply ingrained safety culture to educate, promote and regulate occupational health and safety processes throughout our enterprise.

We believe a safe site is paramount to creating efficient teams, and have developed a unique and innovative safety initiative to empower our teams and optimise our workforce.

Binah Safety Shield

The Binah Safety Shield is an organisation wide initiative highlighting site safety requirements and incentivising teams to advocate for safety compliance.

The monthly award recognises outstanding compliance and high performance from a winning project team.

Each project team is evaluated on core components of safe site culture, including:

  • Compliance to legislation, codes of practice, and good work practices
  • Culture on site and team willingness to participate and efforts to enforce compliance
  • Willingness to carry out procedures and record keeping
  • Team records including site diaries, meetings, coordination meetings and use of company software and systems

World Class Standards

In addition to the Binah Safety Shield, we adhere to the highest levels of industry safety and quality standards. As a gold star-rated ICIRT builder, our customers can be confident that our business operations exceed the stringent and ongoing requirements of Australian and International standards.

We work with clients, designers, consultants, suppliers, and trades people to create an integrated approach that positively impacts all phases of a building’s life cycle, including design, construction, handover, and operation.

Sustainable design seeks to reduce negative impacts on the environment, and the health and comfort of building occupants, thereby improving building performance.

The basic objectives of sustainability are to reduce consumption of non-renewable resources, minimise waste, and create healthy, productive environments. By utilising a sustainable design philosophy, Binah encourages decisions at each phase of the design process that will reduce negative impacts on the environment and the health of the occupants.
