Building your future.
At Binah, we take immense pride in our Cadet Program. This transformative experience has consistently prepared graduates for success in various roles, from Project Engineers to Site Supervisors, Project Managers, and Group Graduate Accountants. Our cadetship isn’t just another job opportunity; it’s a stepping stone to an exciting future.
The program is purposely designed to expose cadets to all facets of our business. By rotating through core units, you’ll understand the entire construction process, from inception to completion. These rotations offer invaluable insights into how our teams collaborate to achieve outstanding client results while helping chart your ideal career path.
Cadets participate in rotations twice a year, in alignment with university semesters. In this way, academic learning integrates with practical training.
Ahmad Allam, a Site Engineer and Cadet Graduate, shares his advice for future cadets:
“The best advice I could give to a future cadet is don’t be afraid to ask questions and understand the project. The value of drawings, meetings, coordination, design, and quality is crucial within this role and will help develop your understanding of construction in the best way possible. Utilise all the available resources around you; you are working with teams filled with experience in all different fields; you can then apply their knowledge to your work.”
Chris Kelly, our General Manager, wholeheartedly endorses Binah’s commitment to the Cadet Program: “Our cadetship program is, in my opinion, one of the greatest joys at Binah”.
Be Binah Program – Nurturing Your Career Growth
The Be Binah toolkit assists individuals in realising their career potential and excelling in their roles. It is a valuable resource tailored to aid career development as an industry leader. Collaborating with your manager ensures success in your role and personal growth.
“We want to guide you on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself.”
Our Construction Manager, Kamal Kassis, expresses his gratitude for being part of the cadet’s journey.
“I am grateful to have this opportunity to be part of the cadet’s journey, watching them evolve into competent professionals as they learn different aspects of the construction industry.”
Binah Cadet Meetups: Building More Than Just Careers
Beyond the structured program, Binah Cadets also enjoy the bi-monthly Cadet Meetups. These informal gatherings create a space for current cadets to connect with our graduates. This initiative, spearheaded by graduate Akram Hawcher, is a less formal learning, growth, and camaraderie space. “Our cadets across different sites don’t often meet face to face. We created a space to share our experiences, support one another, and work on our mindset.”
Through constructive conversations during our meetups, the team explore how to excel and achieve personal goals. Graduates Ahmad Allam and Eddie Chua have now taken up reigns to support and mentor the upcoming cadets.
.
Our Cadet Program is now open. If you would like to be part of a community dedicated to nurturing your career, don’t miss this opportunity to embark on a journey towards becoming a future leader in the construction industry.
We invite you to become the next success story at Binah.
