The Project
The Banc, on Stacey St Bankstown, offers 131 modern residential apartments with two commercial units across two towers. Contemporary layouts with generous balconies and views over the landscaped gardens form the centrepiece of this development.
Positioned in one of Sydney’s emerging vibrant and multicultural areas, Bankstown is an active and diverse community, with a contrasting and fascinating mix of people, cultures and lifestyle experiences.
The Design
A distinctly modern building, with the north façade displaying 5 unique colours and shapes bringing a contemporary presence to the Bankstown CBD.
Along with the visual interest of the towers, double glazed windows and doors create cost effective living for the end user.
The development provides a mix of unit types and a beautifully landscaped common area, appealing to a variety of lifestyles.
