The Project
The Auburn is comprised of 47 residential apartments over 5 basements with a ground floor retail offering in the heart of Auburn. It has been vertically configured for optimum sunlight and views to Olympic Park and the Sydney city skyline.
The Design
The Auburn is a vision brought to life by renowned team of designers and builders, Algorry Zappier and Associates.
Floor-to-ceiling doors and oversized wall-to-wall windows flood the apartments with natural light and harness cooling breezes. This abundant use of glass ensures that the views take centre stage from every angle.
Providing a wonderful setting for relaxing outdoors, the generous balconies are framed by aluminum louvres enhancing privacy and sun protection. Sophisticated timber floorboards throughout the entertaining areas add a natural warmth and texture to the interiors.
Perfectly planned, the kitchens have a streamlined, minimalist aesthetic. Engineered stone benchtops, premium quality appointments and stylish cabinetry create harmonious spaces. This 12-storey tower has been designed to maximise views from every aspect.
