The Project
Liverpool Central comprises two elevated residential towers of 210 one, two, or three-bedroom apartments in the heart of Liverpool. Internationally renowned architectural firm, Rothelowman, have raised the bar for affordable luxury high-rise living in Greater Western Sydney.
The Design
Two iconic residential towers enrich both the pedestrian level and the Liverpool skyline and bring a new dynamic to the city using a sophisticated design palette of metal, chrome and wood interspersed with expansive glass and lush greenery to create clean and fresh living spaces.
Garden apartments feature large outdoor courtyards for entertaining or relaxing in privacy, while the generous balconies of the upper residences open the living space up to views across Sydney. Whether balcony or courtyard, this outdoor space is accessed seamlessly through large stacking, sliding doors, blurring the distinction between inside and out.
The inner courtyard has been designed as a series of interlocking spaces linked by a canopied walkway between the two lobbies with feature trees and leafy shrubs for privacy and ambience. The communal open space features wooden benches, planters and tables, granite paving and a children’s play area. BBQ areas, lawns and table tennis have been included to offer residents a private sanctuary.
