The Project
Evolve, designed by Algorry Zappia & Associates, is comprised of 94 one to three-bedroom apartments. The façade is a mix of finishes with external face bricks, rendered painted walls and a mat finish metal cladding that creates a point of difference to surrounding buildings.
The Design
Evolve contains a distinct transparent crystalline glass spine that elegantly connects the two buildings together. The building contains a form that is balanced between solid and void elements through various reveals, planes, and recesses. The balanced design expression is carried through the careful composition of building textures, materials, colours, contributing positively against the backdrop to the surrounding urban setting.
There has been a smart use of space and good planning to optimise the quality of life for occupants. Glass sliding doors open onto a private balcony to merge indoor and outdoor living and fill the open plan living areas with natural light.
The modern kitchens are designed around efficiency and feature polyurethane cabinetry, engineered stone benchtops, and stainless steel appliances and hardware.
Industry-leading hypoallergenic laminates ensure the family-friendly designs, while good planning creates ease and simplicity throughout the living spaces.
Smart storage solutions throughout the home include built-in robes in all bedrooms, with chic master bedrooms featuring walk-in robes and ensuites. Both bathrooms deliver luxe living and minimal maintenance with floor to ceiling tiling, contemporary vanities, and chrome tapware. Internal gardens and a communal rooftop space offer the occupants a holistic lifestyle.
