Construction Manager
Kamal has completed many projects for the business and has contributed to various capacities on these projects, including Project Management, Site Management, Contracts Administration and Quality Management. Kamal’s leadership has been an integral part of many team members’ Professional and Personal Development. We look forward to Kamal’s continued contribution as he steps into his new role as Construction Manager.
Daemon Huynh
Commercial Manager
In his new role as Commercial Manager, Daemon will provide Commercial and Contractual support to the business. He has contributed to the development and rollout of many key policies, processes and workflows that are now part of the Binah procurement and reporting process. Daemon has supported and, where required, mentored the project teams on Best Practice approach to procurement and Head Contract administration. Binah has taken the opportunity to reward Daemon for his commitment and contribution to the business and promote him into the Commercial Manager role. We also look forward to Daemon’s continued contribution.
Neil Nguyen
New Business Director
We recently welcomed Neil to the Binah family as the New Business Director. With a career spanning 22 years, Neil has developed extensive knowledge in Property Development and Construction, where he acquired comprehensive experience in leadership, project planning, project development, project delivery, business development and relationship management.
In more recent years, Neil has led executive and leadership teams on strategic development and business growth. He forms strategic partnerships that unlock development and construction opportunities resulting in improved return on investment for stakeholders and providing property solutions for clients. We’re thrilled to have Neil join the team.
